The manga follows Yugi Mutou, a young boy with an affinity for games, who solves the ancient Millennium Puzzle.

Summoned Skull is a skeletal fiend that fools people with the power of darkness. It is among the stronger of the fiend types. A fiend with dark powers for confusing the enemy.
