SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Small Forge. These are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Handling Time
All orders are processed on the same day and despatched the next day using Australia Post. If the item you ordered is out of stock at the time of your purchase, we will notify you immediately, with our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, and either refund your payment, propose an alternative and change your order based on your instructions, or provide a Gift Certificate to the value of your purchase, rounded up to the next Gift Certificate value.
Orders placed on Fridays will be lodged with Australia Post on Saturday morning and will arrive at the sorting centres on Sunday afternoon.
Tracking Numbers will be transmitted to you as early as convenient.
All orders are shipped from us at the Small Forge Hidey Hole, located at 21 Leonard Street, Margate. Queensland 4019.
Australian Deliveries
We use Australia Post as our trusted mailing partner.
Standard shipping can vary from 2 to 7 business days, but in most cases you should allow approximately 5 business days from the purchase date.
Express shipping should usually be 1-2 business days but on occasion can be delayed if your address is not in Metropolitan cities.
All orders are supplied with a tracking number to assist you following the parcels transit.
Australian Standard Shipping: $8-50 flat rate for all orders.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If you feel your order has been significantly delayed, please contact us at sales@smallforge.com.au
International Deliveries
We use Australia Post as our international shipping partner. All tracking and any investigative follow up is done through Australia Post, even though it will be the secondary postal operative providing tracking information.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight and fall into brackets based on their total weight and the shipping zone for that location in the world.
Delivery times vary with NZ and USA being the quickest. Generally, work on 10 business days for delivery. All articles are tracked and insured.
