The Bon Retour 1:25 Scale model replicates a French scallop fishing boat from Brest. These boats featured a false keel and timber hull framing. The Bon Retour was originally constructed in 1952 at the Tertu du Fret shipyards and was actively fishing off the French Coast for the next 37 years.
In 1982, she passed into the hands of Guy Le Cornec, who undertook her restoration. Today the ship is managed by the association TUD AR MOR, entity that has as its objective the preservation of marine culture.
