Final Girl: Shriek is a Special Feature expansion and is inspired by the Scream film franchise. It introduces unique gameplay mechanics centred around mystery and deduction, requiring the player to identify the killer's true identity before defeating them. Unlike normal Feature Films, a Special Feature includes a red foil logo and miniatures.

Mort the Teenage Dirtbag has come with one purpose and one purpose alone: to sow chaos. He brought masks of all his favourite Final Girl killers and began taking victims, one at a time, wearing a different mask each time. At the end of it, he would put on his own mask and kill his one true target... YOU!

The Mega Boardgame Convention is packed to the brim with excited attendees, all eagerly anticipating the hot new game releases from the best publishing companies in the industry. They’re SO excited, in fact, that they refuse to leave the convention floor! You’ll need to create a little panic yourself if you expect to save these starry-eyed gamers from the end of Mort’s blade!

• Killer: The expansion features a killer named Mort the Teenage Dirtbag, who is disguised and wearing masks of other Final Girl killers at a board game convention.
• Location: The setting is the Mega Boardgame Convention (Mega BGCon), packed with attendees who are initially too excited by new games to leave, making them difficult to rescue.
• Gameplay Mechanics: Players must collect clues by interrogating "suspects" (other cosplayers) to determine which costume Mort is wearing. Once the killer is identified, their true final form is revealed, and the player can begin the final showdown.
• Contents: The box includes a detachable Killer board, a detachable Location board, 14 miniatures, cards (terror, dark power, clue, action, event), tokens, meeples, and rule sheets.
• Deduction Element: The game features a hidden movement system and a "red viewer" tool to read hidden text on clue cards, adding a unique deduction element to the standard Final Girl formula

Each Feature Film Box is double-sided, with amazingly illustrated covers on the front and back. Not only that, but the magnetically attached box covers are removable, with the reverse of each functioning as the Killer and Location boards respectively.
