NBCC-239 Giyu Tomioka (Water Hashira) is a fictional character in the manga series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. The Water Hashira and the first Demon Slayer that Tanjiro meets. He initially tries to kill Nezuko but reconsiders after she protects Tanjiro from him, and directs them to his mentor Sakonji Urokodaki in hopes that Tanjiro could succeed him and possibly cure Nezuko.
Beneath his aloof and unemotional exterior, he suffers from an inferiority complex stemming from survivor's guilt during Final Selection and does not believe he is a true Hashira. He developed an additional self-taught form of Water Breathing.
Giyu and Tanjiro battle Akaza in the Infinity Castle, and later are the first to face Muzan. He loses his left arm during the battle, but survives. In the Reiwa Era, Giyu's reincarnation is a child named Giichi, who is close friends with Sabito and Makomo's reincarnations.

NBCC-240 Shinobu Kocho, (Insect Hashira) is a fictional character in the manga series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. The Insect Hashira. Her surname, Kochō, means "butterfly", hence her motif. She is cool-headed and optimistic regardless of the situation and enjoys teasing others, particularly Giyu.
Behind her cheerful façade, she harbours hatred towards demons for the harm they cause humanity, including the deaths of her parents and older sister. Due to her small frame preventing her from traditionally beheading demons, she wields a thin, sting-like Nichirin sword to inject them with a wisteria-based poison she made. This expertise allows her to assist Tamayo in developing the cure for Nezuko and in concocting a mixture of drugs to weaken Muzan.
Shinobu sacrifices herself to defeat Doma, having previously taken massive doses of wisteria to ensure he would be poisoned when he devoured her, allowing Kanao and Inosuke to kill him. In the Reiwa Era, she and Kanae are reincarnated as high school students.

NBCC-241 Genya Shinazugawa is a fictional character in the manga series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. Genya Shinazugawa is another Demon Slayer who joins at the same time as Tanjiro. He is harsh, independent, and obsessed with killing demons but mellows out later on when he fights alongside Tanjiro to save the Swordsmith Village.
Unlike other Demon Slayers, he is unable to use breathing techniques or traditional sword fighting styles; instead he consumes parts of the demons he fights, which, through his special digestive system, allows him to temporarily gain their powers. How strong he becomes varies on the strength of the demon he devours, and this also makes him vulnerable to a demon's weaknesses.
He wields a hand-held shotgun that fires special shots made with the same steel as the Demon Slayers' Nichirin sword, as well as a Nichirin wakizashi. He is the younger brother of Sanemi, the Wind Hashira, who shuns him but is unaware that he wants him to live a normal life.
After Genya is mortally wounded in the battle against Kokushibo, he reconciles with his brother before dying. In the Reiwa Era, he and his brother are reincarnated as police officers.

NBCC-242 Gyomei Himejima, (Stone Hashira) is a fictional character in the manga series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. The Stone Hashira, who is widely considered the strongest among them. He was formerly a monk who took care of orphaned children. After a demon killed the children and he was wrongfully blamed for their deaths, he became more ruthless but still retained his caring personality.
He initially pities Tanjiro due to Nezuko being a demon, but later acknowledges him after seeing his honesty. He is the only Hashira who does not use a sword, instead wielding a large kusarigama that only he can use due to his size and strength.
He plays a crucial role in the fight against Kokushibo and later against Muzan, during which he loses his left leg before succumbing to his wounds following Muzan's death. In the Reiwa Era, he is reincarnated as a kindergarten teacher.

NBCC-243 Sanemi Shinazugawa, (Wind Hashira) is a fictional character in the manga series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. The Wind Hashira, who is confrontational and aggressive; even after failing in his attempt to prove Nezuko's demonic nature to the Hashira and Kagaya, he does not accept the Kamado siblings.
As a teen, he witnessed the deaths of his siblings and was forced to kill his mother, who had been transformed into a demon. He is the older brother of Genya, his only surviving sibling, and continually shuns him, even though Sanemi intends to have his brother quit the Demon Slayer Corps so he can live a normal life.
Along with Giyu, he is one of two Hashira to survive the final battle against the Upper Ranks and Muzan, but loses two right fingers during his battle against Kokushibo. In the Reiwa Era, he is reincarnated as a police officer along with Genya's reincarnation.

NBCC-244 Obanai Iguro, (Serpent Hashira) is a fictional character in the manga series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. The Serpent Hashira, who is accompanied by his companion snake, Kaburamaru. He is harsh and ruthless and suffers from deep self-loathing because of his past. His family, an all-female clan of bandits, raised him to be an offering to a serpentine demon they worshipped, when Shinjuro Rengoku rescued him.
He joined the Demon Slayer Corps as a means to vent his rage at his family being destroyed through their association with the demon. He is in love with Mitsuri and is jealous when she apparently become close to others.
During the final battle, he and Mitsuri battle Nakime before joining the fight against Muzan, in which he and Kaburamaru provide assistance. After the battle, he declares his love for Mitsuri and dies alongside her from his sustained wounds, with Kaburamaru's care being entrusted to Kanao.
In the Reiwa era, he and Mitsuri's reincarnations are happily married and run a restaurant together.
