Hull support for planking, painting and, definitely, building wooden ship models. It securely holds the model by the keel. It is perfect for working on the boat vertically once you have built the hull: it is completely fixed, without any oscillation. It is undoubtedly an indispensable complement to the naval modellers.

This is a simple and practical method to keep the hull locked, leaving both of your hands free to work the details more comfortably. It is ideal for example to maintain the hull static and balanced while you are drawing waterline.

The tool is made from solid wood and the forceps length is 300mm. It is recommended for holding boats with a maximum of 400 mm of false keel. There is a pivot point to tilt the hull to the ideal working position. Fastening the hull and the turning point of the support are fixed by screws, without the need for any additional tools. There are also two metal clamps to secure the bracket to your table edge.
