The new 1:16 Scale wooden model kit of The Indian Girl Canoe from the early 20th Century and an ideal wooden ship model for beginners. The canoe is famous from appearing numerous American Indian films and was created by America's leading canoe builder - J.H. Rushton in 1902.

The model kit includes all the parts needed to build the faithful replica. It is made up of six wooden sheets with different thicknesses and have been cut by precision laser from plywood and hardwood. Also included is a brass photo-etched sheet for the decorative details. Linden and Cherry Wood strips, round tube and rod in brass, many thickness cotton threads in black and ecru colours, as well as fabric for the seats. A wooden exhibition base with the canoes Name Plate have also been included.

There is also a double sided printed plan of the finished boat and a parts list with pictograms to help with identifying the parts.

The completed model measures 12.04'' (306 mm) length, 2.32'' (59 mm) height and 1.57'' (40 mm) width.

This kit does not include glue, paint or tools - all will be necessary to complete the kit.
